Roundly sweet with a hint of musky, floral nuance, this blush-hued oil is made from fresh, whole California-grown organic Cara Cara oranges from Blossom Bluff Orchard.

“Cara Cara Mia” — Italian for “My Dear” — is our love letter to this exquisite citrus. Crafted as a co-mill, we press fresh organic Cara Cara oranges together with just-harvested Arbequina olives to create a vibrant citrus-olive oil that showcases the unique character of both fruits.

Perfect drizzled over peppery salad greens, roasted beets, gorgonzola or feta, and even crispy bacon.
