In-Store Pick Up All available items are available for same-day pick up in-store, usually within the hour. If there is every any reason for a delayed pick up time, we will contact the buyer immediately to coordinate the earliest available pick up window.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): calculated at checkout
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
